Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT) Talk and Demonstration

Join us on June 20, 2026, for a special event at Rooted in Sound in Aspinwall!

Learn how Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT) is helping both clients and veterans find relief from chronic pain, PTSD, and anxiety. Experience a live demonstration and discover how this innovative therapy combines the soothing sounds of the harp with gentle vibrations to promote relaxation, pain relief, and emotional well-being.

How VAHT Supports Veterans

Vibroacoustic harp therapy offers a non-invasive, drug-free approach to addressing some of the most common challenges faced by veterans, including:

🌿 Chronic pain (e.g., from injuries or conditions like PTSD)
🌿 Stress and anxiety (common during the transition to civilian life)
🌿 Sleep disorders (insomnia or restless sleep)
🌿 PTSD and emotional trauma (providing a calming, relaxing experience)
