Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT)

The harp is a resonant instrument and when it is played, one can easily feel the musical vibrations. The Vibroacoutic Harp Therapy (VAHT) process harnesses the harpís natural vibrations via amplification and channels them directly into a special mat that has embedded speakers. The client lying on the mat feels the harps vibrations moving through his or her body. Often the VAHT experience is said to feel like a musical massage.

Every piece that is played is tailored to the clientís individual needs. The vibrations from this personalized music can penetrate areas in which hands are unable to go, helping to restoring the bodyís own natural rhythms for health and well-being.

Vibroacoutsic Harp Therapy (VAHT) is beneficial for issues such as pain, stress and anxiety, and it has virtually no side-effects, making VAHT an effective complimentary therapy to use in conjunction with traditional approaches. Sessions can vary in length from one half hour to full hour sessions. For more information, please visit VAHT website at
